Red Lilies – Mixed Media Painting

Description

This is an acrylic painting 16 x 20 inches in size. The paint carries over on the sides of the canvas so it is not necessary to frame the canvas unless you desire to do so.

The flowers are made with fabric that is sealed on to the canvas with a fabric waterbase sealant. The yellow centers of the flowers are enhanced with yellow agate stone beads. The vase is enhanced with blue quartzite and blue lapis stone beads that are sewn on to the canvas with nylon thread.
